Effective date: July 15, 2026 · "Child manager: Family Tasks" iOS app

These Terms govern your use of the Family Tasks app, operated by Sofiia Borodatova. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The service

Family Tasks helps families plan and track children's tasks, routines, and activities, including automatically generated progress reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for supervising your children's use of the app. The app is a family-organization tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or educational advice.

Accounts

Parent account holders must be adults. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your family account, including child profiles you create. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.

Subscriptions

• Family Tasks is free to download; premium features require an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the price shown at purchase.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app unlawfully, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or enter content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (except what you enter) are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices per the EULA.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
